Bristol Gets a More Independent, Alternative Freshers’ Fair

Thekla will be hosting a freshers fair with a more independent and local angle this week. On Sunday, local retailers and food companies will flock to Bristol’s harbour to welcome UWE and University Of Bristol Students with open arms. 

Amongst the many who will be about on the day include our favourites, The Louisiana, Rise Records, FivePointz and plenty more. It’s fair to say this is a world away from what students will have experienced so far, distant from the commercial exploits of Dominoes and Greggs, this is a more honest introduction to what this city has to offer. 

Head down for cheap drinks, exclusive giveaways and acquaint yourselves with one of the many legendary venues here in Bristol.
