Setting off on a rather impressive US tour starting tomorrow, WALL. is the fantastic new music project from producer and singer Lyla Foy. Darkly haunting and sparse, ‘Left To Wonder’ is the first track to be revealed from the upcoming Shoestring EP, out 2nd April.

Beautifully melodic vocal layering is complimented with gaunt textures and withdrawn percussion, creating a entirely bleak atmosphere, the perfect stage for lyrics this melancholy. ‘Don’t go back till you’re ready to, to remember’ Foy whispers, with all the crushing emotional weight of Sinéad O’Connor’s most iconic material.

This is only a start, and we can’t wait to hear what’s next.
