Sharon Van Etten is one of the finest American singer-songwriters to have emerged in recent years. Raised by her parents on a healthy diet of vinyl, live shows and singing in church, Sharon lived and breathed music, pursuing it from an early age.

After years of writing songs in secret, dropping out of college and being told she wasn’t good enough to perform Sharon finally made her way to Brooklyn, unleashing herself and stunning crowded bars to silence with her voice; a voice that attracted the attention of all the right people.

Fast forward to present day and Sharon Van Etten is returning to the UK for her second run of shows in support of her 4th album “Are We There”, which builds upon the success of her previous efforts and injects new life into her already stellar back catalogue.

Her haunting and tender vocals are only matched by her multi-instrumental talents and fans would be remiss to pass up on the opportunity to catch her live before she returns stateside.
