LICE have quickly become one of the most talked about bands in Bristol. Their relentless live shows have ensured their audience keeps growing, with their recent stint at our Simple Things Festival stage setting tongues wagging, proving their worth as more than just another buzz band.

This Friday, they’re set to headline a special Halloween showcase in a very fitting 13th century crypt. Located underneath St John The Baptist on Broad street, the crypt has hosted a wealth of spooky events in the past but with a mandatory dress code of Halloween costumes and a cheaper-than-your-average bar, this is set to be special.

Support comes from Bristol’s Bad Breeding and Van Zeller, with both bands’ style set to act as the perfect introduction to LICE’s punch-in-the-gut approach. It’ll also be the first time fans can get their hands on physical copies of the LICE basement demos EP, which will be on transparent red cassettes with artwork by Howling Owl’s Adrian Dutt.

You can grab tickets from the event here and with 24 hours left until the big night, you have no excuse but to rustle up a killer costume and get set for the pit.
